This policy explains what Legal Velocity AI collects when you use LVAI Pro, and why.

What we collect

• Account details — the name and email address you provide at checkout, and the names you assign to seats.
• Payment — handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store card numbers; we receive the subscription status and invoices Stripe reports to us.
• Usage records — when a seat uses a command, our connector records the seat, the command or resource requested, the time, and whether the request was served. These records support licensing, security and support, and are kept for a limited period.

What we do not collect

Your documents, client files, research questions and conversations with Claude are not sent to us. The connector delivers instructions and templates to Claude; it does not receive the contents of your work. Those contents remain in your Claude account, subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy policy, and any legal research queries are subject to Midpage's.

How we use information

To provide and license the Service, send you setup instructions and service notices, respond to support requests, and detect misuse such as shared license keys. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting of the license service), Resend (transactional email) and Replit (hosting of this website). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

Your choices

You can update your billing details or cancel from the billing portal at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted once your subscription ends, email admin@legalvelocity.ai.
